COPYWRITE THAT LIMITED (Active Director - Appointed on 26 October 2020)
OUTRAGEOUS ESCAPES LTD (Director - Appointed on 24 May 2017)
DOCTOR WELLGOOD LIMITED (Director - Appointed on 5 November 2012)
ACARITAS LIMITED (Director - Appointed on 8 March 2012)
DYSLEXIC IDEAS LIMITED (Director - Appointed on 21 August 2011)
These two identities have the name Alan Campbell, date of birth, September 1953, correspondence address, 74a, Swindon Road, Horsham, England, RH12 2HQ, and company names involving dyslexia, in common. With certainty, these two identities belong to the same person. Alan Campbell has breached the Companies Act Section 1082 by registering duplicate identities, which are described in the Act as “unique identifiers”.
Alan Campbell, now known as Al Campbell, created his first identity on 21 August 2011 for his appointment to Dyslexic Ideas Limited.
His second identity was created on 13 June 2018 for his appointment to Muzic Minutes Ltd (11412923). This duplicate identity, known as a synthetic identity, breaches Section 1082 of the Companies Act 2006.
Conclusion:
Alan Campbell, now known as Al Campbell, has registered two separate identities (Al Campbell and Alan Campbell) under the Companies Act Section 1082. Both identities share common details, such as date of birth, correspondence address, and involvement in companies related to dyslexia. This practice of using duplicate identities, described as "unique identifiers" in the Companies Act, constitutes a breach of Section 1082.
The evidence suggests that Alan Campbell created his first identity on 21 August 2011 for the appointment to Dyslexic Ideas Limited and subsequently created a second identity on 13 June 2018 for the appointment to Muzic Minutes Ltd. This deliberate registration of duplicate identities raises concerns about transparency and compliance with legal obligations.
Further investigation and action are warranted relating to Alan Campbell, to address this violation of the Companies Act Section 1082 and to uphold the integrity of identity registration within the Companies House database.
Al Campbell has a LinkedIn profile, wearing what looks like a disguise with a hat, and glasses, where he describes himself as a “ghost writer”.
Considering the presence of two distinct identities, Al Campbell and Alan Campbell, both registered in Companies House with shared attributes such as the date of birth, common correspondence address, and involvement in related businesses, a critical question arises: Do these identities collectively pertain to the same individual, namely, the Labour Chief Whip, Sir Alan Campbell?
If indeed these identities collectively belong to Sir Alan Campbell, a concerning observation emerges: the apparent failure to declare interests in the Register of Interests, constituting a breach of parliamentary code of conduct. This non-disclosure further raises serious implications, potentially amounting to fraud by false representation and fraud by failing to disclose interests. The prevalence of multiple identities among key officials suggests a potential collaboration indicative of a concerning parliamentary environment, possibly reflecting a managed parliamentary dictatorship. This suggest that we are in the throes of an orchestrated coup d'état executed by a group specialising in synthetic identity fraud.
Kindly verify whether these identities are indeed associated with Sir Alan Campbell and address my apprehensions regarding the potential existence of a parliamentary dictatorship.
Please reassess all my complaints in consideration of Section 1082, which explicitly states that an individual should possess only one identity.
