That is absolutely astounding!!! How can they get away with it in broad daylight? Surely Companies House will pick it up and act accordingly? or is this a broken system???
I think we all assume that journalists do due diligence and will pick up and report on basic omissions like this. I know I certainly thought that, until I started looking for myself. Fraudsters rely on our laziness and laugh at our impotence when it is discovered as the systems are primed not to react.

Ofgem is clearly highly compromised, and working against the interests of the public, in very many ways.
Moreover Companies House enables conflicts of interest and lack of transparency, and substantial frauds against honest taxpayers.
