SOCIETY OF GENEALOGISTS(THE) and FCA director Sophie Hutcherson has multiple identities and fails to declare all her interests
Clone identity fraud - complaint submitted to FCA.
Sophie Hutcherson, director of The Financial Conduct Authority records the following interests in the Register of Interest: Non-Executive Director Bellecapital UK Limited 2022; Non-Executive Director Two Lyons Consulting Ltd 2022, Senior Advisor Wells Fargo Bank International 2020 2021 Senior Advisor Wells Fargo Bank 2020 2021 (Directorships and other positions (fca.org.uk))
A search in Companies House on her name (https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/search/officers?q=Sophie+HUTCHERSON) returns 5 identities registered in Companies House with the same name and date of birth, which compromises the audits of all of her interests. Starting at the bottom of the list, her identities hold directorships of:
Identity 1: Two Lyons Consulting Limited and TWO LYONS PROPERTY LIMITED Appointed on 26 June 2022;
Identity 2: SOCIETY OF GENEALOGISTS(THE) Appointed on 2 February 2023;
Identity 3: THE FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY Appointed on 17 April 2023;
Identity 4: DB UK BANK LIMITED Appointed on 20 September 2016 Resigned on 26 July 2018 and D B INVESTMENTS (GB) LIMITED Appointed on 23 November 2016 Resigned on 26 July 2018; and
Identity 5: BELLECAPITAL UK LIMITED Appointed on 19 January 2022.
Sophie Hutcherson fails to declare TWO LYONS PROPERTY LIMITED and SOCIETY OF GENEALOGISTS(THE).
Her multiple registrations conceal all her interests from audits of any one of these identities. I allege that she gained the identities by using various usual residential addresses, this is evidence of fraud by false representation and fraud by failing to disclose information. Adapting the FCA terminology for cloned company fraud, I think this meets the definition of cloned individual fraud. Please ask her to resign immediately and refer her to the police to investigate her fraudulent use of multiple identities to conceal interests.
