"Moneyfarm": Taylor Wessing Secretaries Limited (sec) and James Roy Clark (dir).
HMRC due diligence Part 3. Multiple (clone) identities and mutual, undeclared interests. Theory: A Parliamentary dictatorship.
Recap
The Chair of HMRC and of “Moneyfarm”, Dame Jayne-Anne Gadhia, also known as Ghadia, has twelve identities registered in Companies House, which compromises accountability, and she fails to declare all her interests. These were located during a due diligence assessment of the directors of HMRC, which is available here:
Due Diligence on HMRC. This is summarised in this chart, from that article:
I then explored “Moneyfarm” in more detail. The article is available here: HMRC and Moneyfarm Chair, Dame Jayne-Anne Gadhia, has twelve identities in Companies House. Part 2. The Financial Conduct Authority warn that a clone company is impersonating “Moneyfarm” and I found five potential candidates. The Money Farm Limited, also known as The Moneyfarm Limited, is a certain clone, as evidenced by its record in the Financial Services Register and described in the following image:
“Moneyfarm” impersonation.
The FS register record for The Money Farm Limited provides a website link to MFM Investment Limited’s “Moneyfarm”; the use of the registered address of Associated Trading Limited, which ensures that any correspondence, such as an invoice or payment, would be sent to Mr Voegt; and, any check on the company registration number in Companies House which will confirm that Mr Voegt was a director of The Moneyfarm Limited, relying on any reviewer to dismiss the fact that the names don’t match. This record, even though The Money Farm Limited is flagged as “No longer authorised”, could be used in “know your customer” checks to support a transaction, today, in the name of William Voegt at The Money Farm Limited or The Moneyfarm Limited, that was intended for MFM Investment Ltd’s “Moneyfarm”. With or without the complicity of a director of MFM Investment Ltd, contracts intended for “Moneyfarm” could be diverted to The Moneyfarm Limited, using the Financial Services record, as proof of identity. This record holds the components that can enable Mr Voegt to impersonate that he is a director of “Moneyfarm”.
This article will begin to look at the officers of “Moneyfarm”.
The results of routine searches, on the name of each director of “Moneyfarm” in Companies House, describes interests held by each director, located by date of birth. Where multiple identities for a director are identified, in a search, these will be described. This will describe a more complete list of their interests than auditors have been unaware of and so they have not been taking them into consideration for the purpose of audits. This compromises our systems of accountability. From the “Moneyfarm” website we find that this is a copyright name owned by MFM Investment Ltd.
The record for the directors of this company was accessed in Companies House. It provides the following list of officers:

Total number of appointments 2479
The secretary of MFM investment has a total of 2479 appointments of which 605 are active. This represents a significant span of control. If Taylor Wessing does not provide adequate separation of duties then this is potentially a means of controlling a cartel.

Referring to the findings of my Due Diligence on HMRC: Part 1, summarised in the first chart, which presents the interests that the leadership team of HMRC have failed to declare, above, we can see that I had surmised:
(9.) Alan Evans – General Counsel and Director General, Solicitor’s Office and Legal Services (LGBTI+ Champion) Saracens Multi-Academy Trust and member of Taylor Wessing Limited Liability Partnership.
This was a summary of this following detail: (copied from the HMRC Due Diligence report):
A search on Alan Evans locates many identities with this name. His biography includes “Prior to working in Government, Alan practised as a commercial litigator in the City.” I searched the identities for occupations given as legal roles. There is a high likelihood that he is Alan Christopher Evans, date of birth March 1972.

On balance of probability, Alan Evans has two identities in Companies House and is an active director of Saracens Multi-Academy Trust and member of Taylor Wessing Limited Liability Partnership, and he has failed to disclose this transparently in his biography.
If Alan Evans, General Counsel and Director General, Solicitor’s Office and Legal Services (LGBTI+ Champion) is Alan Christopher Evans, date of birth March 1972, then he is an active director of Taylor Wessing Limited Liability Partnership. This is the person with significant control of Taylor Wessing Secretarial Services, which is the secretary of MFM Investment Ltd, which is chaired by Dame Jayne-Anne Gadhia, and she is the chair of HMRC and colleague of Alan Evans at HMRC. This is a circularity which is prohibited. These mutual interests represent a threat to the public’s best interest.
These directors represent a linked directorate, they have mutual private interests; Dame Jayne-Anne sits on the “Moneyfarm” board with has Taylor Wessing Secretarial Services as its secretary and this is an interest of her colleague at HMRC, Alan Evans who is a person with significant control. Dame Jayne-Anne and Alan Evans breach segregation of duties and they have used multiple clone identities to conceal this.
Furthermore, Taylor Wessing Secretaries Limited have registered 111 identities in Companies House, TAYLOR WESSING SECRETARIES LIMITED - Find. These conceal additional interests from all the other interests and are evidence of deception.
In Annex A there is a worked example of just one of its interests, the INTERNATIONAL BIOMETRIC GROUP (UK) LIMITED (04743762) which finds accounts overdue and other anomalies, but this is incomplete due to time pressure.
The interests of James Roy Clark.
James Roy Clark is a director of MFM Investment, he has additional appointments held, in the identity, these are reproduced below. A link to Mr Clark’s LinkedIn account is included, (3) James Clark | LinkedIn. This states that he is “Partner Cabot Sqaure (sic) Capital LLP”, only. Note the misspelling of square. This would induce a non-match error in audit software and is evidence of obfuscation.
There is no link with further information about James Clark on the Global Innovation Fund website and there is no Register of Interests provided for the directors. The biography is left uncompleted.
Comparing James Clark’s biography with his interests registered in Companies House, he fails to declare, on the Global Innovation Fund website:

MFM Investment Ltd, “Moneyfarm”
The “Moneyfarm website provides no Register of Interests. A biography of James Clark provides the following information:
JAMES CLARK | Director
James is a founding partner of the private equity firm Cabot Square Capital. Cabot Square Capital specialises in providing growth capital and hands-on strategic resources to innovative financial service businesses and is currently investing its fifth fund. Prior to founding Cabot Square in 1996, James was responsible for the establishment and management of Lehman Brothers International Structured and Principal Finance Group.
James Clark fails to declare the following interests on the “Moneyfarm” website: MFM HOLDING LTD, CS CAPITAL PARTNERS V (FP) LLP, CS CAPITAL PARTNERS IV (FP) LLP, and PHH REALISATIONS LIMITED, in his first identity, and; MKC INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT LIMITED, GIF GROWTH LIMITED, GLOBAL INNOVATION FUND, and CS CAPITAL PARTNERS VI (FP) LLP in his second identity.
A note on Lehman Brothers.
Wikipedia provides the following summary, which succinctly captures the content of many reports on this company:
“Lehman Brothers Inc. (/ˈliːmən/ LEE-mən) was an American global financial services firm founded in 1850.[2] Before filing for bankruptcy in 2008, Lehman was the fourth-largest investment bank in the United States (behind Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Merrill Lynch), with about 25,000 employees worldwide.[3][4] It was doing business in investment banking, equity, fixed-income and derivatives sales and trading (especially U.S. Treasury securities), research, investment management, private equity, and private banking. Lehman was operational for 158 years from its founding in 1850 until 2008.[5]
On September 15, 2008, Lehman Brothers filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection following the exodus of most of its clients, drastic declines in its stock price, and the devaluation of assets by credit rating agencies. The collapse was largely due to Lehman's involvement in the subprime mortgage crisis and its exposure to less liquid assets.[6][7][8] Lehman's bankruptcy filing was the largest in US history,[9] and is thought to have played a major role in the unfolding of the financial crisis of 2007–2008.”
James Clark held at least two appointments to Lehman Brothers’ interests:
LEHMAN BROTHERS (INDONESIA) LIMITED (02143862)Dissolved Role RESIGNED Director Appointed on 26 May 1993 Resigned on 18 April 1996
LEHMAN BROTHERS SPAIN HOLDINGS (02682326) Company status Dissolved Role RESIGNED Director Appointed on 12 November 1993 Resigned on 18 April 1996
Acknowledging that James Clark resigned from these two Lehman Brothers’ companies on 18 April 1996, in advance of the bankruptcy declared on September 15 2008, he also claims that he was “responsible for the establishment and management of Lehman Brothers International Structured and Principal Finance Group”. I challenge that his involvement in the “management” could have been fundamental to reasons this company failed. This raises concern that he is not a fit and proper person to continue being a director of a financial services company, given his potential contribution to the 2007-2008 financial crisis. The risk increases given that he purports to be two people in Companies House and he fails to declare all his interests. His conduct would have been investigated as a result of his involvement in Lehman Brothers bankruptcy, I request that that report is made public.
I request that James Roy Clark is investigated for fraud by false representation, in order to gain two identities, and fraud by failing to declare information and that these investigations determine whether there is evidence that he has also committed fraud by abuse of position.
Proposed definition of an individual with multiple identities, as a cloned person.
The Financial Conduct Authority describes a company that is impersonating another as a “cloned firm”. “Fraudsters are always looking for new ways to scam the public. One of these involves pretending to be from firms we authorise. We call this a clone firm.” source: Clone firms and individuals | FCA. They do not define a clone individual.
“Moneyfarm”, for example has at least one “cloned firm”. The Financial Services registration for The Money Farm Limited gives the registration number of The Moneyfarm Limited, an incorrect address and a link to the “Moneyfarm” website.
The existence of Moneyfarm Limited and two dissolved companies called The Moneyfarm Limited and Moneyfarm Ltd and two companies both previously called The Money Farm Limited, introduces a potential fivefold risk of fraud by impersonation of MFM investments Ltd, which requires investigation and monitoring.
Since a firm is a legal person, I recommend that we adopt the terminology of “cloned individual” to describe an individual who has multiple identities registered in Companies House. Because, they are purporting to be multiple people, which obfuscates their interests and prevents accountability. When they establish their second identity they become a “cloned person”.
Examples of the use of “clone” relating to individuals: Dame Jayne Anne Gadhia, chair of HMRC has created eleven clone identities, one with her name spelt Ghadia, in order to conceal her interests. Her co-director at “Moneyfarm”, James Roy Clark, also holds a clone identity, which he uses to conceal interests that he fails to declare. They join a distinguished list of cloned individuals eg half of the Judicial Appointments Commission, Police and Crime Commissioners, Action Fraud, the Attorney General and the Prime Minister. A cartel of cloned individuals have infiltrated the legislature and business and they represent a threat to the public. Cloned individuals, operating in a cartel have conducted a silent coup by positioning themselves in key positions of authority. A parliamentary dictatorship of cloned people have taken control of Government policy and our infrastructure in a silent coup.
Conclusion
James Roy Clark, born February 1958, has two identities registered in Companies House. He established his second identity, his clone identity (identity 1 in this analysis) on 1 February 2017. An individual holding more than one identity in Companies House compromises audits and due diligence associated to him. He fails to declare all his interests on the “Moneyfarm” website and on the Global Innovation Fund website. There is evidence of obfuscation, by establishing two identities which conceal the interests that he fails to declare. This is evidence of fraud by failing to disclose information and fraud by false representation.
In my opinion, Mr Clark should resign and I recommend that the police should include Mr Clark in their investigation of people in positions of significant control who have concealed interests by using clone identities, throughout our systems of governance and industry. This adds to the evidence that a cartel, concealed by clone identities, operating together, have executed a silent coup in the United Kingdom.
Parliamentary Dictatorship Theory
I have been raising complaints about Parliamentarians with multiple identities who have failed to declare all their interests. Please refer to Annex B for a summary of some of these. In response, the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards, Daniel Greenberg CB, has restated, on numerous occasions to me over the last year, that he believes that the breach in transparency and accountability, caused by Parliamentarians with clone identities, is outside his remit, see image below.
However, I allege that Daniel Greenberg is shielding this insidious behaviour and I question where his allegiance lies. So, I disregard his claim to “highly restricted” confidentiality, because this is a matter of Public Interest.
Through procurements managed by Police and Crime Commissioners, who also have multiple identities, the police have been rendered unable to investigate this matter.
Daniel Greenberg, eloquently describes how easy it is for a parliamentary dictatorship to emerge, in his article on the subject, this time last year:
“If the present incumbent majority in an elected legislature (which therefore forms the Executive) has absolute power to make any changes of the law that it wants, including changes designed to entrench its position, that becomes a Parliamentary dictatorship. It may thereafter choose to preserve the legislature as a continued pretence to mask its authoritarianism, or it may use its new powers to cast the legislature aside as an irrelevance; but in either case it has ceased to be a Parliamentary democracy in any meaningful sense.”
I consider that when a significant number of the incumbent majority of the elected legislature and civil services have cloned identities and concealed interests, then it has become a parliamentary dictatorship and Parliamentary democracy has become an illusion. The legislature is presently continuing as if everything is “normal”, however, this is a mask for authoritarianism which is maintained by parliamentarians and civil servants with multiple, cloned identities. A cartel of cloned individuals can be said to have executed a coup and established a parliamentary dictatorship. I contend that this is the case in the United Kingdom and demand that their conduct be investigated by police officers who do not themselves have cloned identities and conflicted interests.

Dear Beverley,
Thank you very much for summarising the situation, I really appreciate it.
1. The Rt Hon. Rishi Sunak MP and his wife Akshata Murty (Ref: PCS60)
The Commissioner for Standards said that he would resolve the matter. However, as of today, Rishi Sunak still fails to register his interest in C&UCO Properties Ltd and now he is the only person with significant control of this company. When can I expect the register to be updated?
Why is the Members' code of conduct weaker than the Lords' code of conduct? The Members' code fails to meet the requirements of the Companies Act, unlike the Lord's code, which is aligned with the Companies Act.
2. The Rt Hon. Victoria Prentis MP (Ref: PCS285) Complaint received 14 June 2023
This was a follow up complaint, responding to your colleagues reply. I haven't had a response.
3. Thanks for the update on Lloyd Russell-Moyle, I await the outcome of his consideration in the light of the current standards.
4. I await a response regarding Rt Hon. Sir Clive Lewis MP, Rachel Maskell MP and Alex Sobel MP.
New complaints.
5. Steven Mark Ward Reed MP. He has also failed to register that he is an active director of Labour Together Limited
6. Ian Murray MP has failed to register directorship of: COMMONWEALTH PARLIAMENTARY ASSOCIATION (UNITED KINGDOM BRANCH) (04606846)
IM CAMPAIGNS LTD (SC650712) 100MPH EVENTS LIMITED (SC224191).
7. Preet Gill MP has failed to register THE ALBION FOUNDATION (04012682) SPRING HOUSING ASSOCIATION LIMITED (09244172). She has 2 identities which fails to meet the definition of respect, transparency and accountability.
8. Anneliese Dodds has failed to register directorship of KONIGSWINTER (04626711). She has a synthetic identity. Synthetic identities corrupt audits and AMLTF and bring the House into disrepute.
9. Jeremy Hunt fails to register directorship of NYUMBANI UK AND THE HOTCOURSES FOUNDATION (05147284). He has 3 identities and this, together with his like-minded colleagues, brings the House of Commons into disrepute.
10. Suella Braverman has failed to register directorship of INCORPORATED COUNCIL OF LAW REPORTING FOR ENGLAND AND WALES (THE) (00005034). She has 3 identities in Companies House and I allege she has committed synthetic identity fraud.
11. Michael Gove has 3 identities registered with two different dates of birth. Synthetic identities are gained by changes to the name, date of birth or usual residential address. Directors have a duty to be accurate because multiple identities corrupt audits and due diligence for anti money laundering and counter-terrorism financing. These are the risks that his, and other MPs', deception have caused by taking advantage of the weak de-duplication process of Companies House and false non-match errors. Please ask Michael Gove to resign and that he should ask all the other Members and Lords, who have used multiple identities to also resign and request police investigation.
12. Penny Mordaunt has failed to register that she is a director of WYMERING MANOR TRUST (08349936)
13. Robert Jenrick registers Conservative Friends of Ukraine, but is not registered as such in Companies House https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/14857305/officers. This could be used to grant a permission incorrectly. He has registered a synthetic identity.
14. Johnny Mercer has failed to declare MERCER CONSULTING ASSOCIATES LIMITED (11668995) and he has this in a synthetic identity.
I hope you will accept this format for these additional reports.
Whilst I realise that the fraud allegations are not your responsibility to investigate, I am requesting your assistance with reporting this to the police as I have tried to report it to the police in my area and they say I must go through Action Fraud. The Action Fraud reporting systems is inadequate for receiving reports of synthetic identity fraud. It has space restricted fields that aren't long enough for the webpage references to Companies House or to explain the deception. No actual people appear to be in control of thinking; everything is going via computers, which restrict the amount you can write to 2000 characters, and the AI is not intelligent. Computer systems can be grossly fallible eg the Post Office Horizon systems which resulted in multiple miscarriages of justice. It is a system, after all, that's been erroneously allowing duplications which corrupt accountability and audit processes. This is the sort of crime a cybersecurity system would be blind to, unless it's taught to how to recognise and anticipate it. So, any help, or ideas for how to get my allegations in front of the right people, would be very welcome.
Companies House say the responsibility lies with individuals to provide accurate records. They admit though that they do have a duty to deduplicate when duplications are brought to their attention. But, since this is a little known fraud, they don't, yet, have a process in place to deal with a member of the public flagging synthetic identities.
Yours sincerely,
Alison Wright.
Systems Engineer.
