Tony Hall was Director-General of the BBC between April 2013 and August 2020. Whilst he resigned before the pandemic, I strongly suspect that he signed contracts for what happens at the BBC if “Emergency Law” is imposed. When the emergency was "called" these contracts would have become active. Emergency laws allow propaganda "for the good of the people", for that to occur media has to undergo a transformation to enable saturating control, otherwise the propaganda can't work. This is the position we are still in, propagated by Lord Hall and Boris Johnson.
Below, is my follow-up letter of complaint about Lord Tony Hall, sent on 7 July 2023, to Martin Jelley QC. I did not receive a reply to this letter. However, Lord Hall has since updated his register of interests with the appointments that I alleged he had failed to declare, see Register of Interests - Members of the House of Lords - MPs and Lords - UK Parliament. I need to revisit his due diligence report, and will do later.
The paragraph in my letter below, entitled “supporting evidence”, indicates that Lord Hall and Boris Johnson are associated through a linked directorate and that a key BBC contract, published on 6 October 2015 Strategic Consultancy - Contracts Finder is awarded to a mutual interest of Boris Johnson and Tony Hall. This association is normally concealed by their, and some of their co-directors, use of synthetic identities. The association, however, is made explicit by using the method for identifying multiple identities that I have been describing. Lord Hall and Boris Johnson are part of a “linked directorate”.
I also made a complaint to the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards (CfS) about Boris Johnson on 27 June 2023. However, because Johnson is no longer in Parliament, Daniel Greenberg, CfS, does not have the remit to consider my complaint. I submitted it to Action Fraud, but that is an organisation that is “captured” by synthetic identity fraudsters, too. So, no action will be taken until the public demand it. This letter and due diligence report is also included, after the complaint about Lord Hall.
As a result of due diligence on Andrew Pollard, Chief Investigator on the Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine trials, and Chair of the UK Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation, another identity for Lord Hall, which I had not previously located for Lord Hall. I’ll considered that in a follow up due diligence report on Lord Hall.
First, the complaint about Lord Hall.
Martin Jelley, QC
Commissioner for Standards,
House of Lords.
Dear Sir,
I am writing in response to your letter dated 7 July regarding the conduct of Lord Hall. You wrote
Your complaint is not supported by enough evidence to suggest that Lord Hall is in breach
of the Code of Conduct, as you have not provided evidence to support the allegation that
the categorisation of Lord Hall’s interests is incorrect.
My apologies for not including the references. I was restricted by the unhelpful space limit in the reporting form that you provide. I have copied the text of my complaint and added weblink references for each of the assertions made. That you could not find these yourself in Companies House is evidence of how synthetic identities obscure accountability.
Substance of the complaint:
Anthony William Hall has at least 3 identities registered in Companies House, Anthony William Hall search, his active appointments are to: HTYT Limited (since 27 April 2021), London Philharmonic Orchestra Limited (since 20 June 2022) Anthony William HALL personal appointments and The Frontline Organisation (since 4 January 2022) Anthony William HALL OF BIRKENHEAD personal appointments, he has a resigned directorship of The Council for the Advancement of the Arts, Recreation and Education Anthony William HALL OF BIRKENHEAD personal appointments. He does not declare any of these Category 1 interests in the Register of Interest. He does not register his interests in the London Philharmonic Orchestra or The Frontline Organisation on the HTYT website, Team | HARDER THAN YOU THINK (htyt.world) .
I allege that Anthony William Hall has three identities as a result of providing misleading information to Companies House to force 2 false non-match errors in the Companies House deduplication system to gain multiple identities which assist with concealing his interests. That he has not registered his interests in the Lords' Register of Interests or the HTYT website, which are held under 2 synthetic identities, is evidence of synthetic identity fraud.
He registered, as a category 2 interest “Chairman, Harder Than You Think Ltd”. This is misleading because he is neither a director nor person with significant control of this company HARDER THAN YOU THINK LIMITED people. This listing could be used in error in a due diligence assessment for AMLTF legislation. Please investigate to establish the extent and objective of his deception.
Aspects of the code engaged:
Failure to publish these interests breaches paragraph 12a and 15. I respectfully request that you reconsider whether the use of multiple registered identities in Companies House, when coupled with failure to declare interests, engages paragraph 18, as it disrespectful and discourteous to conceal interests behind synthetic identities and then to fail to register the interest, when accountability requires that only one identity can be legally established and that all interests are registered. The definition of fraud by false representation and fraud by failure to declare interests is met. He should resign, disgraced.
Supporting evidence:
HTYT Limited is the person with significant control of Road2 Limited ROAD2 LIMITED persons with significant control, whose director, Barnaby Spurrier Barnaby John Benison SPURRIER personal appointments, is associated to Boris Johnson through Finland Station Limited FINLAND STATION LIMITED people. Co-directors at HTYT Limited, Gregory Nugent and Godric Smith have multiple synthetic identities, Gregory Nugent - Find, Godric Smith - Find. Under separate identities they are directors of Incorporated London Limited INCORPORATED LONDON LIMITED people, which was awarded a Strategic Consultancy at the BRITISH BROADCASTING CORPORATION Published date: 6 October 2015 Strategic Consultancy - Contracts Finder. Anthony Hall joined HTYT Limited after the event and this raises significant concerns regarding the existence of mutual interests and potential impropriety among the individuals involved. There are other Road2 companies that require investigating to determine whether they are related parties Road2 - Find and update company information - GOV.UK (company-information.service.gov.uk) and the collusion more far reaching than is considered here.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your thorough review of the provided evidence and a reassessment of the allegations made against Lord Hall.
Yours sincerely,
Alison Wright.
Following is my cover letter of complaint regarding Boris Johnson, attached to which is a twelve page due diligence report.
27 June 2023
Commissioner for Standards
Daniel Greenberg CB
Office of the Commissioner for Standards
House of Commons,
London SW1A 0AA.
Dear Commissioner for Standards,
Please find attached an early draft of my due diligence report for Boris Johnson which focusses on his registrations in Companies House. I am writing to bring to your attention matters that he has two identities registered in Companies House and raise a specific instance which raises concerns regarding potential conflicts of interest involving Boris Johnson, former director of Finland Station, and his co-director Barnaby Spurrier, who is currently a director of Road2 Limited.
Upon conducting research into the interconnected relationships and company affiliations, I discovered that the person with significant control over Road2 Limited is HTYT Limited. HTYT Limited's directors include Lord Hall, Tatanya McFadden, Nicholas Andrew Mercer, Gregory Nugent and Godric Smith. Notably, Godric Smith has two identities in Companies House, and Gregory Nugent also has at least three identities. In both cases, using an alternative identity to that used for HTYT Limited, they are directors of Incorporated London Limited (Company No. 08104844).
Incorporated London Limited was awarded a contract by the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) for strategic consultancy services, as detailed in the contract published on 6 October 2015. The contract involved providing strategic marketing advice to the senior leadership team of the BBC to enhance its digital offerings. Lord Hall, who is connected to HTYT Limited and Road2 Limited, served as Director General of the BBC during this period.
My concern lies in the potential conflict of interest that arises from the involvement of co-directors associated to Boris Johnson, via Barnaby Spurrier, particularly Lord Hall, Godric Smith and Gregory Nugent, the latter two being directors of a company that was awarded a contract by the BBC. Incorporated London Limited has apparent political associations, and it appears that synthetic identities were used to obscure the link between the co-directors and the awarded contract.
Based on the Members' Code of Conduct, applicable in 2015, House of Commons - The Code of Conduct together with The Guide to the Rules relating to the Conduct of Members (parliament.uk), here is an analysis of how the Strategic Guidance contract awarded to Incorporated London, which is associated with Lord Hall and Boris Johnson, could potentially breach certain rules:
Rule 10: Members shall base their conduct on a consideration of the public interest, avoid conflict between personal interest and the public interest, and resolve any conflict between the two in favour of the public interest.
Breach: If the contract awarded to Incorporated London was influenced by personal interests or if it created a conflict of interest for Lord Hall and Boris Johnson, it could be seen as a breach of this rule.
Rule 13: Members shall fulfil conscientiously the requirements of the House in respect of the registration of interests in the Register of Members' Financial Interests. They shall always be open and frank in drawing attention to any relevant interest in any proceeding of the House or its Committees.
Breach: If Lord Hall and Boris Johnson failed to disclose their association with Incorporated London or their potential conflicts of interest in relation to the Strategic Guidance contract, it could be considered a breach of this rule.
Rule 15: Members are personally responsible and accountable for ensuring that their use of any expenses, allowances, facilities, and services provided from the public purse is in accordance with the rules laid down on these matters.
Breach: If the Strategic Guidance contract resulted in inappropriate use of public resources or conferred undue personal or financial benefits on Lord Hall, Boris Johnson, or any other individuals involved, it could be seen as a breach of this rule.
Rule 16: Members shall never undertake any action that would cause significant damage to the reputation and integrity of the House of Commons as a whole, or of its Members generally.
Breach: If the association between Lord Hall, Boris Johnson, and Incorporated London, along with the awarding of the contract, raises doubts about the integrity of the House of Commons or its Members, it could be seen as a breach of this rule.
Based on my preliminary findings, it is evident that Lord Hall, Boris Johnson, and their associates have connections to Incorporated London, which raises concerns about the impartiality and transparency of the contract award process. Furthermore, individuals involved in the contract, such as Lord Hall, have not fully disclosed their association with Incorporated London, indicating a potential breach of the Code's rules on disclosure.
To ensure a fair and unbiased investigation, I kindly request that the inquiry into this matter be conducted by individuals who do not have multiple identities registered in Companies House. It is crucial that the investigation is carried out with the utmost integrity and adherence to the principles of transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct.
While I am in the process of conducting further due diligence research on additional associations, I urge you to initiate an immediate investigation into the potential breaches identified in this report. Your swift action in this matter is essential to safeguarding the integrity of public service and upholding the public's trust in our democratic institutions.
Please provide me with updates on the progress of the investigation, and I look forward to receiving your response in due course.
Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.
Yours sincerely,

In my due diligence report I used tables to hold the information that was copied from Companies House. I haven’t worked out how to bring these into substack, with their links intact (advice is welcomed). Therefore, below is an image of the report, so, unfortunately the links don’t work. I’ll try to find a workaround, however, in the mean time, here’s a non-interactive image of my report.

I’ll work on another article to draw out conclusions. Comments, thoughts, or your own due diligence reports are all welcomed. Ideas for improving my reports will be appreciated.
Thank you for reading this.
I think you do an outstanding job and thank you for taking the time to look into these matters.
One of the biggest threats a society can face is corruption of its institution's and we seem to have a pandemic of it at present.
I do wonder if we're going to see some major cracks appear between now and 2030 as this level of insanity cannot be maintained.
The elite I suspect know this which is why they have been buying underground bunkers and islands through there money laundering activities.
