With a high degree of certainty these 2 identities belong to the same person that is employed by JAC. Please will you confirm whether this is the case? If it is, then please investigate him for misconduct for failing to register his directorships of Place2be and the London Symphony Orchestra Limited.
Please will you also investigate whether he previously register his recently resigned directorships of LSO PRODUCTIONS LIMITED (04412332) and THE CITY ACADEMY, HACKNEY (06382192)?
Multiple identities obscure transparency and accountability. They make any audit associated with this person unsafe. Please investigate Anuja Dhir for misconduct relating to taking advantage of a weakness in the Companies House deduplication process, to create multiple identities to aid in the concealment of interests which he failed to declare.
Yours sincerely,
Alison Wright.
