Former Police officer Gary Waterman - Companies House is the key to understanding how fraud is perpetrated by those in power

Part 8 - WTC - FORMER POLICE OFFICER GARY WATERMAN: International Government fraud. - YouTube
Here’s my comment:
This interconnected network of companies, which keeping passing "audits", has been achieved through the use of a very simple loophole in Companies House. The International Standards on Auditing assume that an individual only has one identity in Companies House and have all their interests associated to it. These are checked for related party transactions. However, if the individual established multiple identities, by varying their name, date of birth and residential address, then they can hold interests that do conflict in another identity that is missed by the audit. The auditor only knows about the interests held in the identity they are auditing and never check for multiple identities for the same individual. Hence, the Audit Report is signed off because everything appears "above board", however, it is compromised when any of the directors have other interests that were not declared to the auditor.
Just about every person with significant control of our governance and regulatory bodies have multiple identities registered. For example: Dame Jayne-Anne Gadhia, Chair of HMRC, has established twelve identities in Companies House, one using a misspelling of her name, and she has failed to disclose all of the interests held in each of these identities. Multiple identities conceal interests. If the owner fails to disclose these interests this is evidence that the identities were created with the intention of concealing interests and this is evidence of fraud by false representation (Section 2 Fraud Act 2006). Failing to register her interests is evidence of fraud by failing to disclose information (Section 3 Fraud Act 2006). Refer to: Identity 1 and Identity 2.
Of particular concern is that she has five active directorships that she has failed to disclose MFM INVESTMENT LTD, MFM HOLDING LTD, JAGASH LTD, GADHIAGROUP LIMITED and UNICREDIT S.P.A., which was registered with the spelling “Ghadia” instead of “Gadhia”. She incorrectly registered her company Usnoop Limited as “Snoop” in her biography, which renders the records of Usnoop difficult to locate. This is evidence of obfuscation.
I allege that there is sufficient evidence to support that there be a police investigation into the conduct of Dame Jane-Anne relating to her registration of multiple identities and her failure to declare past and current interests, her obfuscation around Usnoop Limited, and any conflicts, or mutual, interests arising.
Dame Jayne-Anne Gadhia / Ghadia also requires further investigation for fraud by false representation, by using a different spelling of her name, fraud by failing to disclose information in her biography, and fraud by abuse of position. This is the conclusion of one of my due diligence reports: HMRC and Moneyfarm Chair.
It is Section 1082 of the Companies Act 2006 that makes it clear that people should only have one "unique identifier", ie identity, in Companies House.
Trying to get action has been a lonely pursuit. I'd welcome the chance to work with anyone else who is interested and can help get a judicial judgement on the past abuse of registering multiple identities, which is also known as synthetic identity fraud, see Cabinet Office guidance.
dvsa A NEW AGENCY TRYING TO REPLACE DVLA. WHEN DVSA LIMITED GOT STRUCK OFF THEN THEY OPENED DVSA LTD AND I WAS HORRIFIED TO FIND OUT WHEN I WENT FOR AN MOT THAT SOME GARAGES HAVE BEEN CORRUPTED AND AS SOON AS YOU LEAVE YOUR CAR YOU ARE THEN UNDER THUMB HOW COULD DVSA KNOW YOU NEEDED BRAKE PIPES WHICH HAD ALREADY BEEN FITTED PREVIOUSLY WITHOUT EVEN SEEING THE CAR? "This interconnected network of companies" is totally bogus. Mr Waterman's "links" are all bogus due to his inaability to understand what he is reading on Companies House info, including even that of his own company!
