From the Occupations given in the records for Alexander de Pfeffel Johnson and Boris Johnson, as “Editor/Politician” and “Mayor of London”, a person can deduce that these two identities belong to the same person. However, computer based audit software would not be able to make this association, because he is purporting to be two separate people. So, any audits or “know your customer” analysis would be unaware of the other identity. This means that the requirements for “Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-terrorism financing” legislation are breached. Purporting to be two people in Companies House is dishonest and breaches transparency, accuracy and openness requirements as the interest held in the other identity is concealed from anyone, or software, looking at any one identity.
